COAB Agenda Development Calendar

The COAB Agenda & Materials Deadlines Calendar can be viewed here, and will be continuously updated. 

For subcommittees:

  • Draft agendas, developed in coordination with COCL, are due to the COAB Support Specialist, Mandi Hood, 16 days in advance of a subcommittee meeting, and will be sent to the subcommittee 14 days in advance of the meeting.
  • To the degree possible, please provide materials needed for the meeting by the 16 day deadline, to allow COAB subcommittee members ample time to prep.
  • ALL MATERIALS and updates to the agenda are due to Mandi one week prior to the meeting, to allow time for posting and printing. 


For Full COAB Meetings:

  • Recommendations for the Full COAB to consider must be submitted to the COAB Support Specialist, Mandi Hood, 14 days prior to the Full COAB meeting.
  • The COAB Chair works with the COAB Executive Committee to set the agenda for each COAB meeting, typically on the 4th Friday of the month. 
  • The Full COAB Agenda and materials are sent to COAB members and posted online 10 days prior to the Full COAB Meeting.  
  • Final meeting packets are printed 3 days before a meeting, if any materials need to be added or changed.
